Account Manager Suite (AMS) is a complete web-based product suite that allows customers to securely manage and analyze all aspects of their account from a single starting point on a service provider’s web site. AMS decreases the workload of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) by enabling customers to independently satisfy their customer care related requirements, while improving operational efficiency and reducing operational costs. AMS can be integrated directly into a service provider’s existing customer portal or a dedicated billing analysis portal.
